European giants Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Liverpool are keeping tabs on Inter Milan striker Marcus Thuram.
Thuram has enjoyed a significant rise in the last five years. The France International joined Inter Milan from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2023, following the expiration of his contract. And since his move, he has been a consistent performer.
The 27-year-old striker has registered 26 goals and 20 assists in 65 appearances for the Nerazzurri.
His appearances seem to have attracted interest from some top clubs in Europe. This is as Transfer News Live reports that Liverpool, Real Madrid, and Barcelona have been keeping tabs on him.
Asides from Barcelona who have Robert Lewandowski, the two other clubs do not have a consistent goalscorer. As such, they will be looking to add a proficient goalscorer.
Thuram’s current deal expires at the end of the 2027/28 season, and Inter Milan currently value him at €70 million.
Considering the inflated transfer market, this is a decent price for all the clubs in the mix. The Nerazzurri could also be willing to sell, as they have Mehdi Taremi, who is a very good striker. Also, they could decide to sell him to fund their other transfer for players in other departments.
Nonetheless, it is very unlikely that Thuram will leave Inter Milan in January. If any transfer will happen, it will likely be next summer.
