Saudi Arabian clubs plotting move for Manchester United flop Marcus Rashford

Some Saudi Arabian Pro League clubs are considering a transfer for Manchester United star Marcus Rashford.

Rashford has dominated the news recently after he revealed that he could leave Manchester United soon. The Englishman started his football career from Manchester United’s academy, and he seemed to have a big future ahead of him after some impressive performances.

He had his best campaign two seasons ago after registering 30 goals and ten assists in 56 appearances across all competitions.

However, he has failed to reach those heights since then. The 27-year-old attacker produced eight goals and five assists in 43 games.

Due to his underwhelming performances he lost his starting shirt last season. And this season, he has been occasionally benched for younger stars like Amad Diallo and Alejandro Garnacho.

With Amorim’s recent appointment as Manchester United boss, there have been talks that a lot of stars would leave. With Rashford’s underwhelming performances, he is one of the players that has been touted to exit the club.

He recently confirmed that he will eventually leave Manchester United. And according to Sky Sports, this news has put Saudi Arabian clubs on alert.

The interested clubs have not been revealed, but it could Al Ahli, Al Hilal, or Al Ittihad. They believe that Rashford would help push their market in Europe.

However, to get Rashford, they would have to pay top dollar, as the 27-year-old still has four years left on his current deal.
