Spanish outlet Marca recently claimed that Real Madrid have “the player’s yes in their pocket” and are considering a move in January. However, Sky Sports’ Merseyside correspondent Vinny O’Connor refuted these claims, describing them as “wide of the mark” and affirming that no agreement exists between the player and the Spanish club.
Real Madrid had reportedly submitted a bid for Alexander-Arnold last month, valued at approximately £15 million, but Liverpool rejected the offer outright.
