Juventus boss Igor Tudor could not hide his frustration after watching his side concede a last minute equalizer that saw them settle for a 1-1 draw with top four rivals Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.
How the match panned out
Randal Kolo Muani broke the deadlock for Tudor’s men in the 51st minute, before the Old Lady were reduced to 10 men just nine minutes later following Pierre Kalulu’s red card.
Despite being a man down for over half an hour in enemy territory, Juventus held firm until the sixth minute of second-half stoppage time, when Matias Vecino’s header snatched a dramatic equalizer.
That goal saw Juventus fail to establish a three points gap over their fellow Champions League qualification hopefuls with both teams currently on the same number of points and the Bianconeri in front only by goals difference.

Igor Tudor’s reaction
Juventus slipped to their 16th draw of the season and having watched his handicapped team narrowly miss out on claiming all three points, Tudor was left with mixed feelings.
“We have to congratulate the lads, there is regret because we were one minute away from taking home the three points,” Tudor told reporters.
“It was a solid performance, we’ll take this point and focus on everyone we’ll face this week after the difficulties we’ve had.”
What next?
With Lazio and Roma still firmly in the running for Champions League qualification and only two games remaining in the Serie A this season, Juventus’ chances of securing a place in Europe’s biggest competition ahead of next season hangs in the balance.
Tudor’s men will need to avoid any further slips up in the remaining games whilst also hoping for the results of some of their rivals to go in their favour.
