With a strong header in the 11th minute, Kolo Muani started the scoring. Ten minutes later, Conceicao doubled the lead by cutting through the Al Ain defence and slotting a goal into the net.

Kenan Yildiz scored the third in the 31st minute with a perfect finish to the bottom left corner. The Paris Saint Germain loanee hit once again in first half stoppage time to tie 4-0 just before the break.

The Portuguese sealed the Old Lady’s flawless group stage start at the hour mark with his brace.
The France international had his contract extended to be included in the competition. Negotiations on a permanent relocation are still in process.
