Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has not ruled out a future relocation to South America.
Currently savouring the Club World Cup, the Man City gaffer claims managing in South America has great appeal.
“Why not?” he responded when asked about the potential before City’s game with Al Ain in Atlanta.

Guardiola lauded the effect of the continent on international football.
“Many good things in all history that happen in football – many good things – come from South America,” he remarked.
“The greatest players come from there, and after most of them come to Europe because of the opportunities economically and prestige.

“This culture, the way their fans live every single action is what it is all about,” he continued.
Having two more years under contract at the Etihad Stadium, the Spaniard is not actively arranging a departure.
Nevertheless, he made it very evident that the passion and enthusiasm of South American soccer is something he respects.

“We have to live this competition. I love it when you’re in this tournament and you play South American teams,” he concluded.
