Chelsea forward Cole Palmer has praised Palmeiras’ Blues-bound winger Estevao Willian after his impressive display in Friday’s FIFA Club World Cup last eight clash.
Estevao, 18, who is set to join Chelsea after the ongoing tournament, made headlines when he scored for the Brazil side against his new club.
The Blues had agreed a deal to sign the wonder-kid last summer from Palmeiras and the 18-year old’s farewell game for the Brazilian club will live long in the memories.

Cole Palmer had scored with a brilliant attempt early in the game, his first goal contribution in nine games, to give Chelsea the lead in the quarterfinal tie.
The London side had further chances to increase their tally but were denied by veteran goalkeeper Weverton in the opposing goal.
Estevao then produced a moment of brilliance, going past Levi Colwill before finishing past Robert Sanchez from a narrow angle to bring Palmeiras level.
After the match, Palmer hailed the teenage sensation, expressing excitement at their impending linkup. He said; “I just said we look forward to seeing you but he didn’t understand that word I said!
But, yes, he’s a top player. Obviously, he’s only young as well. When he comes to England, people need to give him time to adapt to the culture, the language.
He’s still only 18 or 19 but you can see he’s got amazing quality and we look forward to seeing him”, the England international added.

Chelsea defender Malo Gusto’s deflected effort then wrong-footed Palmeiras goalkeeper Weverton late in the game as Enzo Maresca’s men reclaimed a deserved lead.
The Blues ran out 2-1 winners as they advanced to the last four of the competition, where they will go up against another Brazilian side, Fluminense, who defeated Al-Hilal in the other quarterfinal clash.
