Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has revealed that winger Noni Madueke is available for selection despite talks of a move to league rivals Arsenal.
The England international has been subject of intense transfer speculations, with the Gunners reportedly ready to begin negotiations with the Blues over his sale.
Chelsea face Brazilian side Fluminense in the last four of the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup in the United States on Tuesday after eliminating Palmeiras in the last eight on Saturday.
Speaking ahead of the clash, Maresca confirmed Madueke’s readiness for the clash, as he hopes to make a fifth appearance at the tournament.
“Personally I think the same noise before the Palmeiras game, and we gave him half an hour and he was very good,” Maresca said.
Arsenal have identified Madueke as a top transfer target due to his ability to operate on both flanks, as he can also serve as an able deputy on the right flank to England teammate Bukayo Saka.
The 23-year old is reported to have agreed personal terms with the Gunners who are yet to make a formal approach for his signature.

The England winger joined Chelsea in 2023 from PSV Eindhoven and was an integral figure in Enzo Maresca’s setup as the Blues claimed the UEFA Conference League title last campaign.
“I don’t have any doubts that if we need Noni, he will help us. I can understand when there is noise around you, it is difficult to deal with that”, Maresca continued.
Chelsea face Fluminense on Tuesday in the semifinal of the FIFA Club World Cup, with the winner going on to face either Real Madrid or reigning European champions Paris Saint Germain, who clash in the other semifinal tie on Wednesday.
