Harry Maguire has not been picked for Manchester United’s 32-man squad for their United States pre-season trip.
For personal reasons, the centre-back stayed behind in Manchester. Still, he might rejoin the squad further into the trip.
Teenage full-back Harry Amass misses out as well. The club wants to loan him for the 2025/26 season.
The roster includes new faces Diego Leon, Matheus Cunha, and Bryan Mbeumo.
Though not capable of training or playing, Lisandro Martinez will travel. He keeps healing from his injury.
Also on the plane is Andre Onana, goalkeeper. Though he collected a knock, he is still part of the group.
Left off have been Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia.
Reports indicate they have been given more days off to think about possible transfers.
As he approaches a move to Barcelona, Marcus Rashford is also missing.
