Bournemouth have landed Amine Adli in a £25m move from Bayer Leverkusen.
The 25-year-old Morocco international has penned a five-year contract at the Vitality Stadium. He is set to make his debut for the Cherries this weekend when they face Wolves.
“I’m very proud first of all to play for a club like Bournemouth,” Adli told the club’s website. “I was looking at my next move and I felt like Bournemouth was the perfect place for me.
“The people around give me a lot of confidence here and I’m very impressed with the facilities. The people at the club are full of love, so I’m very happy and proud to play for Bournemouth and hopefully achieve good things.”
Adli arrives as Bournemouth’s second signing this week. On Monday, Ben Gannon-Doak joined from Liverpool in another £25m deal.
The Cherries are strengthening their squad with pace and flair, hoping these attacking additions make a fast impact in the Premier League season ahead.
