Owen, Neville and Hazard headline Premier League Hall of Fame 2025 shortlist

The Premier League has revealed its 2025 Hall of Fame shortlist, with Michael Owen, Gary Neville and Eden Hazard among the 15 football icons in contention.

The list will go to a public vote, with fans playing their part in deciding which legendary figures join the prestigious Hall of Fame. Once voting closes, the results will be presented to the current 24 inductees, who will then cast their votes to select the final names.

The 15-man shortlist is packed with Premier League greats. It features Sol Campbell, Michael Carrick, Jermain Defoe, Patrice Evra, Cesc Fabregas, Les Ferdinand, Robbie Fowler, Hazard, Neville, Owen, Teddy Sheringham, David Silva, Yaya Toure, Edwin van der Sar and Nemanja Vidic.

All of them left a lasting mark on the league through goals, trophies and unforgettable performances. Fans now have the chance to make history by helping decide who takes their place among the game’s elite.
