Diomansy Kamara, agent of Senegalese forward Nicolas Jackson, has made it clear that the striker will not play for Chelsea again, despite still being under contract with the Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup holders.
Jackson completed a loan move to Bayern Munich on deadline day after a chaotic sequence of events. Chelsea initially pulled the plug on the deal following a hamstring injury to Liam Delap, which left them with just one fit senior striker.
Jackson, however, was determined to leave and, along with his representatives, stayed in Munich to force the transfer through, even agreeing to cover Chelsea’s additional demands themselves.
The arrangement includes a €65 million purchase option, though Bayern are only obliged to activate it if Jackson, who is widely expected to play second-fiddle to Harry Kane makes 40 starts this season.
Despite those conditions, the Senegal international’s agent remains adamant that his future lies away from Stamford Bridge. Kamara reiterated this stance while speaking on CANAL+.
“Absolutely not. Absolutely not,” he emphatically declared when asked about Jackson potentially playing for Chelsea again.
“Today at Chelsea, the relationship with [Enzo] Maresca isn’t necessarily the best,” Kamara continued. “We’re never going to bite the hand that feeds us because Chelsea allowed him to find the European level.
“He was there for two years and scored 30 goals, so he always had a good relationship. After, it’s true that the red cards complicated it at Chelsea. Today, we’re looking towards Bayern having a good season. We will see what is best for him. But it’s true that Bayern is a priority for him for a long time.”
