Igor Tudor has criticized Tottenham’s passive display and wants an improvement from the squad after their poor form continued with a 2-1 defeat to Fulham on Sunday.
Spurs remained winless in the Premier League in 2026 and despite the sacking of Thomas Frank in February, they have lost both of their matches since the arrival of Tudor.
It marked their 13th league defeat of the season, while they are only just four points above the drop zone in a very dismal season.
Speaking after their latest defeat, Tudor expressed disappointment over their performance and demands more from the team in their upcoming games.
“The problems are much bigger, the problems are much bigger,” Tudor reflected.
“It’s a complicated situation. A lot of problems, I cannot tell you nothing new. Nothing new. We need to find the voices inside each of us.
“I said to the players, ‘it’s always what you’re going to do, what you want to do with yourself,’ you know?”
Fulham recorded a 2-1 win over Tottenham on Sunday to boost their own chances of finishing in an European spot.
Harry Wilson opened the scoring, before he provided the assist for Alex Iwobi’s superb second as they took a 2-0 lead into the break.
Tudor shuffled things in the second half and one of those substitutes Richarlison headed home to half the deficit.
“More personality, more wish to do before reacting, a lot of things”, Tudor added.
“We lack when we attack, we are lacking the quality to score the goal, we are lacking in the middle to run and we are lacking behind to stay there to suffer and not concede the goal. So, an amazing situation.”
Meanwhile, Tottenham will be hoping to end their poor run in the league when they face Crystal Palace in their next outing on Thursday.
