Araujo then scored Barcelona’s third of the game, heading in from a rebound before turning provider moments later for Robert Lewandowski, who scored his 21st league goal of the season as they returned to the top of the standings.
“It’s important to have a competitive squad to win trophies, it’s not about 11 or 12 players, it’s about the whole squad and having a deep bench.
The manager is enabling players to come off the bench with great confidence”, he added.
Hansi Flick side will now turn their attention to the crucial UCL Round of 16 first leg clash against Portuguese side Benfica on Wednesday.
