Former Real Madrid and Argentina forward Angel Di Maria has backed his young compatriot Franco Mastantuono to do well at the Santiago Bernabeu after joining the Spanish giants from River Plate this summer.
Los Blancos recently unveiled the teenage star officially despite completing his relatively expensive transfer all the way back in June. Having finally been announced as a Real Madrid player, the young Argentine has begun training with the rest of the first team squad.

Real Madrid have registered Mastantuono with their B team this season but early indicators suggest that the young Argentine will be fully involved with Xabi Alonso’s first team squad.
The extent of his involvement though, will surely depend on how quickly he can adapt to the demands of his manager as well as settle into life in one of the most challenging leagues in Europe.
