Erling Haaland believes Manchester City’s latest trophy parade is only the beginning of another successful era after the Blues celebrated a memorable 2025/26 campaign in style.
Thousands of supporters flooded Manchester city centre as City’s men’s, women’s and youth teams marked a season filled with silverware.
Pep Guardiola’s side lifted both the FA Cup and Carabao Cup before ending the celebrations with a special After Party at the Co-Op.
The parade also carried emotional significance as fans bid farewell to legendary manager Pep Guardiola following his incredible 10-year spell at the Etihad Stadium.
Club icons Bernardo Silva and John Stones also said goodbye after helping define one of the most successful periods in Manchester City history.
Yet despite the celebrations, Haaland insisted City are already hungry for even more success.
“It’s amazing – the weather’s on our side as well,” said the Premier League Golden Boot winner.
“I’m just happy for the Manchester City fans.
“I got the feeling we could’ve done more this season but there’s more to come.
“I’m enjoying the parade now but I think there’ll be an even better one in the future.”
The celebrations gave supporters one final opportunity to honour Guardiola, whose decade in charge delivered 20 major trophies, including multiple Premier League titles and Champions League success.
Long-serving stars Bernardo Silva and John Stones also received emotional tributes from fans after announcing their departures from the club.
Haaland praised both players for their impact on and off the pitch.
“Bernardo and John have been here for nine or ten years and won six Premier Leagues each which speaks for itself,” Erling added.
“Two legends of the club who are amazing on and off the pitch.
“They’ve been amazing for City and I am so proud to have played with them.”
The Norwegian striker also revealed his admiration for Stones stretches back years.
“It’s a pleasure, I remember following John Stones on Twitter when I was young, I don’t think he knows!
“I’m proud to be playing with them and have won the Premier League, Champions League with them.”
With Guardiola’s era now officially over, City begin a new chapter; but Haaland’s message was clear: the club still believes bigger celebrations lie ahead.
