Bayern Munich and England striker Harry Kane has labelled the passion of the German fans as the most impressive thing about the Bundesliga.
Kane spent a large part of his career playing in the English Premier League with North London club Tottenham Hotspur before eventually joining the Bavarians two seasons ago.
Since moving to Germany, the England international has enjoyed incredible goal-scoring form for Bayern Munich, racking up an impressive tally of 115 goals in 121 appearances with one Bundesliga title to show for his efforts.
For Kane though, his personal exploits in the German top flight division pales in comparison to the passion shown by Bundesliga fans and the former Spurs man revealed this in a recent interview.
“I’ve probably been most impressed with the German fans and how loud and passionate they are in every stadium that we go to, and our fans at the home games,” Kane said in quotes revealed by Bavarian Football Works.
“I’ve loved every minute of that because there is never a dull game with no atmosphere.
“Every game has an amazing atmosphere and it’s also been about understanding a different league and that the Premier League isn’t the only league out there, even though a lot of people think it is. “I’ve loved that side of it and that’s probably been the biggest difference.”
Kane has been in a typically blistering form so far this season, bagging 19 goals in 15 appearances for a Bayern Munich side that only dropped points on two occasions across all competitions throughout the first half of the 2025/26 season.
