Rangers head coach Danny Rohl has been crowned Scottish Premiership Manager of the Month for January after steering his side through a flawless run that reignited their title charge.
The Ibrox outfit hit top gear throughout the month, collecting four wins from four league matches.
In the process, Rangers fired in 10 goals and conceded just once, underlining both their attacking edge and defensive solidity.
The momentum kicked off in emphatic fashion with a statement 3-1 victory over Old Firm rivals Celtic.
From there, the Gers kept pressing forward, recording a 2-0 home win against Aberdeen before repeating the scoreline away at Pittodrie just five days later.
The surge continued as January closed with a commanding 3-0 success over Dundee, a result that further boosted belief within the squad.
As a result, Rohl’s side now sit firmly in the title conversation, just three points behind leaders Hearts and three clear of Celtic, albeit with their rivals holding a game in hand.
The focus now quickly shifts back to the pitch, with a testing trip to in-form Motherwell at Fir Park awaiting on Wednesday.
Collecting his award, Rohl was quick to share the credit.
“I am delighted to have won the manager of the month award,” he said. “However, this award is not about me, it is also for the rest of the coaching staff as well as the players.
“We have worked tirelessly as a group to get into the position we are now and I hope there may be more of these awards in the months ahead, as that means collectively we have achieved what we want to achieve here at Rangers.”
