Arsenal, Chelsea or Man United? – One key factor will determine Osimhen’s next move

According to recent reports, one crucial factor will to a large extent determine the next destination of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen amid solid interest from Premier League suitors Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.

Osimhen is set to be on the move this summer when his loan spell at Galatasaray comes to an end. The Nigerian marksman remains one of the most sought-after strikers in Europe courtesy of his mesmerizing goal-scoring form at the Turkish capital.

His current contract at parent club Napoli will enter its final year at the end of the season and with the former Serie A champions looking to sell, the Nigeria international will most definitely not be short of willing suitors.

Premier League clubs Arsenal, Chelsea and United have been heavily linked with a potential move for Osimhen with the three sides in desperate need of striking reinforcements ahead of next season.

However, a report from The Athletic has now revealed that the 26-year-old goal-machine could prove to be too expensive for the English clubs owing to his potentially huge wage demands.

The same report claims that Osimhen is more likely to end up moving to the Saudi Pro League where his financial requirements can certainly be met without any problems.

The Middle-East money bags made an attempt to sign the Nigerian last summer but they were seemingly priced out of a move by Napoli. With the Partenopei more open to parting ways with the player this time around, finalizing a deal should be more straightforward.

Osimhen’s blistering form has seen him rack up 28 goals and 5 assists in 32 appearances for Galatasaray this season. His consistency over the years has been impressive and any club that manages to secure his signature in the summer will have a huge asset at their disposal.
